TERMS OF SALE

These conditions of sale are concluded between on the one hand the company MANUFERO SA (hereinafter referred to as "the seller") whose head office is located in Brussels, avenue du Roi 138 as manager and operator of the 29thOctober.com site. and, on the other hand, any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "the buyer") wishing to make a purchase via the 29thOctober.com website.

Article 1 Object

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the 29thOctober.com website (these conditions of sale only govern the 29thOctober.com website, MANUFERO SA company declining any liability for third party sites that could refer by links to 29thOctober.com). Article 2 Products

The products offered are those which appear on the 29thOctober.com site while stocks last. MANUFERO SA reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description showing its main technical characteristics. The photographs representing the products are only indicative because of the alterations that may exist due to their transcription on the site.

Article 3 Tariffs

The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. MANUFERO SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. Article 4 Order and payment terms

The buyer selects the products he wishes to order in “the basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references…) checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice. Article 5 Retention of title

MANUFERO SA retains full and entire ownership of the products sold until the price has been fully collected, in principal, costs and taxes included.

Article 6 Withdrawal

Article 7 Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are delivered by our carriers, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. MANUFERO SA may provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by e-mail. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of MANUFERO SA. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the carrier's agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8 Guarantee

29thOctober.com undertakes to exchange any item that is the subject of a problem of size, adaptation or satisfaction. The deadline is 7 days, after receipt or withdrawal of the order, to request the exchange or refund of unworn items in their original packaging. Items that have suffered deterioration cannot be exchanged. To make the return and have all the necessary information, it is necessary to follow our return conditions below. In any case, MANUFERO SA is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of returned packages for exchange or reimbursement. Cash on delivery packages will be systematically refused.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the recovery of the returned item via the means of payment chosen when ordering.

Article 9 Liability

MANUFERO SA, in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service or other unintentional problems.

Article 10 Intellectual property

All the elements of the 29thOctober.com site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of MANUFERO SA. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

Article 12 How to return my product

Return conditions:

• Return within 7 days of receipt of the package
• Return in the original package
• The product should not have been worn but just tried on. All labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging.

The after-sales service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of these conditions is not respected. In this case, the product will automatically be returned to the buyer.

Return procedure:

• Send us an email at [email protected] explaining the reason for the return and choosing, if applicable, the product or size you want in exchange.
• After validation, you will receive a return slip by e-mail.
• Print your return slip and stick the shipping label on the package.

Costs :

The return is free for an exchange. If it is a refund that the buyer requests, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item.

Article 13 Settlement of disputes

These conditions of sale are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
