Article 6 Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 7 days from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, the transport and return costs depend on the order and the return conditions. For further information, call our customer service on +32 2 537 14 31.

Article 7 Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are delivered via our carriers, delivery service with tracking, delivery with signature. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. MANUFERO SA may provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by e-mail. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of MANUFERO SA. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the carrier's agent, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8 Guarantee

29thOctober.com undertakes to exchange any item that is the subject of a problem of size, adaptation or satisfaction. The deadline is 7 days, after receipt or withdrawal of the order, to request the exchange or refund of unworn items in their original packaging. Items that have suffered deterioration cannot be exchanged. To make the return and have all the necessary information, it is necessary to follow our return conditions below. In any case, MANUFERO SA is not responsible for the loss or deterioration of returned packages for exchange or reimbursement. Cash on delivery packages will be systematically refused.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the recovery of the returned item via the means of payment chosen when ordering.

Article 12 How to return my product

Return conditions:

  • Returns are not accepted for sale products.
  • Return within 7 days of receipt of the package
  • Return in the original package
  • The product should not have been worn but just tried on. All labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging.

The after-sales service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of these conditions is not respected. In this case, the product will automatically be returned to the buyer.

Return procedure:

  • Send us an email at [email protected] explaining the reason for the return and choosing, if applicable, the product or size you want in exchange.
  • After validation, you will receive a return slip by e-mail.
  • Print your return slip and stick the shipping label on the package.
  • Drop off your package at a post point or post office near you.

Cost

The return is free for an exchange. If it is a refund that the buyer requests, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item.
